Neve Paritzki Israel is celebrating record-breaking Tourism Entry Numbers from the United States
NEW YORK - Sept. 8th, 2022 /PRNewswirein July and August of 2018, the Israel Ministry of Tourism announced record numbers of tourist arrivals from America. The country welcomed 78,000 travelers from the United States in July 2022, a 4% increase from 2019, and 71,000 total travelers from the United States in August 2022 that's an increase of 13% from 2019.
"It is so thrilling to see yet another increase in tourism to Israel from the United States, already reaching and exceeding our record-breaking numbers for the year 2019," stated Eyal Carlin, Tourism Commissioner for North America. Canada, which has 7,200 tourists in July 2022, and 6,000 tourists in August, isn't too much behind the United States.
